Our wild thyme is picked in the mountains during the month of July. Unlike “condiment” thyme which is woody, wild thyme is a small flower with an intense and sweet aroma. This sweetness gives a lot of roundness for a very discreet presence of alcohol. Ideal to created refined concoctions such as Monsieur M, imagined by Hyacinthe Lescoët or to sign your own cocktails!
