Cocktail idea with our spirits: TÊTE DE MULE
Ingredients
- Fir Shoots – Sapinette Maison M 50ml
- Fresh lime juice 25ml
- Sugar syrup 15ml
- Angostura bitters x3
- Ginger Beer 80ml
- Lime quarter x1
- Ice cubes
Recipe
- Put the first 4 ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously 5 times.
- Filter into a copper cup filled with ice cubes.
- Add the ginger beer.
- Stir up and down to mix.
- Add ice cubes if necessary.
- Decorate with a lime quarter and serve.
