  • Put the first 4 ingredients in a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously 5 times.
  • Filter into a copper cup filled with ice cubes.
  • Add the ginger beer.
  • Stir up and down to mix.
  • Add ice cubes if necessary.
  • Decorate with a lime quarter and serve.
