A real gentian with a very present and invigorating bitterness. That’s how we like it ! Gentian is a wild mountain flower from which we harvest the root. This root with digestive and toning benefits is very bitter! Thus, our Gentian is a natural “bitters” of great finesse. This aperitif is ideal to create refined cocktails such as Monsieur M, signed Hyacinthe Lescoët or simply to concoct a Spritz with an Alpine twist.
