Our Gin 8 comes from a complex combination of citrus fruits, fresh juniper and, aromatic plants. We combine different processes: at the end of distillation we macerate the plants most sensitive to heat. The result is a straightforward gin, generous and suave with strong aromatics. It is to be enjoyed neat or as a creation combined with sparkling water and yellow lemon such as our Gin Monic cocktail.
Fresh nose, fruity and floral notes of yellow lemon, lavender and resin.
Balanced palate, notes of lemon curd and juniper berry.
